Ralph Lauren 2009 CFDA Most Popular Designer

Okay, I know this is a tad bit late. But I’ve been busy lately… so please pardon this late news. The 2009 CFDA awards named Ralph Lauren as America’s most popular designer. Well, I think they got it right. After all, don’t we just love his preppy clothes such as the polos and the jeans… and oh the jackets and blazers… there’s no denying it’s truly American style and it surely is one of  America’s most popular labels. Ever since I was a kid, I already knew Ralph Lauren. And until now, his designs are still coveted and admired to the point that it is among the  most copied labels. But hey, the original definitely outclasses those fakes. And the material they use in their shirts and other apparels cannot be compared to its impostors. Well, as they say, nothing beats the original! If only everyone discovers their own style!
