Yet Another New York & Company Sale

So I was ranting about New York & Company in my previous post. I told you guys I’d be returning most of the stuff I bought online. So I did go to the store to check out what I can replace them with or since the items I got were all too big, perhaps they still have the smaller sizes but ALAS! No more small sizes and I couldn’t find anything that I like except for some black peep toe wedge that were selling for $25 (estimate, I forgot exact amount). So I tried them on and the material was soft so I got it. I’m posting my photo here with my new shoes. But anyway, the bad thing about it was that I couldn’t stand an hour wearing it! hahaha! If you feel the material, it’s really soft, but after a few minutes of walking on them… PAIN! But I was actually wondering, maybe I just got so used to wearing sandals and flipflops that I can no longer stand wearing closed shoes??? Good thing I have the magic socks that has some foam to protect my feet. You should get one of those if you always wear closed shoes to work! New Shoes…

Fashion Juice recently acquired these seven pairs of shoes. I joined Payless ShoeSource’s mailing list so they gave me 10% off. I was eyeing on Cole Haan pumps at Nordstrom previously… And as I’ve mentioned on my previous post, the last pair had a scratch. So I checked out Payless instead… I ended up buying four shoes… (the price of these four pairs equalled the price of the Cole Haan Pumps… haha). The four pairs I got, left to right: Alice + Olivia black patent sneakers $30, Predictions red Jill Kitten pumps $19.99, Montego Bay Club champagne Sophie Knot wedge(giving it to my mom) $14.99, Montego Bay Club Shadow Peep-Toe Espadrille $19.99. The three shoes at the bottom end, I got for free care of my sis-in-law: Talbots champagne ballerina flats, Talbots black studded flats, and Steve Madden black platform sandals… MANY THANKS! By the way, pardon the PJs… hehe…

Alice + Olivia For Payless ShoeSource

Alice + Olivia, the fab label from fash designer Stacey Bendet, has a PAYLESS collection! Ooh… This is exciting to hear. We know how expensive the brand can get and so when Fashion Juice heard about the Alice + Olivia for Payless collection, Fashion Juice got excited! My personal fave is the Aidan Wedge ($40) shown below. It comes in two colors – black and green. As we know, Stacey loves colorful things, so that explains the bright green color!
