My Experience with Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Damier

I never had a Louis Vuitton that has a thin strap as the Neverfull style. My other Louis Vuitton bags are Speedy and Hampstead, and both have earned my trust when it comes to durability and quality.

Recently, I ordered the much awaited Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Damier Ebene/Ebony. I love the bag so much and I figured I needed a Louis Vuitton shoulder bag for shopping! Yes, a shopping tote – that is the reason why I wanted to get the Neverfull – a shoulder bag that I can just toss around. Not! I was wrong. Why? Latest Bags from Louis Vuitton

So let’s start from the top all the way to the bottom starting at the left hand side, the Beverly GM priced at $2090. I’m actually not sure if this is that new or not since I’m not too much of a multicolore lover. However, I’m pretty sure they don’t have that much designs for the multicolore and this seems to be something I haven’t seen before. The Beverly MM however seems to be there for some time. The second one is the Speedy 35 monogramouflage sold at $1530. Since this is a 35 speedy, then it could be a great weekender bag. At the same time, your guys can carry this with pride since it has that manly thing going on. The thing however is I won’t be too excited to get something like this because it’s too much of a print. I won’t be able to match it with a lot of prints. Same goes with the next monogramouflage, Trelis bag sold at $1610. Of course, one of the favorites that I share with my friend Angela (hope you don’t mind the mention hehe) is the Vernis Alma sold at $2000 (whew) for the MM and $2410 for the bigger GM. Next two are Lys, $2090 and Jasmine, $1770 - also part of the monogramouflage line but are in denim materials. The next is from the Suhali leather, the Le Majestueux at $2730. The one below it is from Suhali too, the Le Radieux at $3180. The next multicolore is the Marily Or at $1610. I’m pretty disappointed with the latest bags of LV but I’m happy with the Vernis (even the price is quite disappointing)… I would say now is the time to go for Chanel! Haha!

Word on the Street: New Louis Vuitton Watercolor Speedy

Fashion Juice brings Juicy gossip in the designer bag world…

Louis Vuitton designer, Marc Jacobs, is designing with Richard Prince for the Spring/Summer 2008 collection. The hottest gossip in the Louis Vuitton world is the alleged Watercolor Speedy! Rumors are flying and the details haven’t been confirmed. The price hasn’t been fixed. Louis Vuitton is looking at a price range of $1,185 to $1,600. Some say however, it will be priced at $1,300. As for the release date? Fashion Juice’s source claims it will be released May 1 of 2008. As for the size, it would either be in 30 or 35, but some say LV will only sell this item in size 35. So we’ll see…

On the other hand, another bag to be released May 1 is the Louis Vuitton Aquarelle Bag.  Another stunning bag derived from the Speedy. It has a wooden frame with Louis Vuitton label on it. The handles are made of lizard. This is another design in collaboration with Richard Prince. As for the price, the bag is said to be sold for $3,600. Ouch! With that price, it’s certainly a collector’s edition.
