In LVoe with LV Damier Azur Neverfull Bag and More
Posted on January 10th, 2010 by Fashion Juice (Admin) | 2 Comments »Oh my goodness, I’m lost for words. I just LVoe the recently released Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Neverfull bag. I’ve featured it previously here, but I didn’t really think it was going to be this lovely. Well, it’s not like I haven’t seen it before. But take a look at this ad… heaven! The styling is just oh so perfect and calming even if you say it’s too matchy-matchy!

I want everything featured here. Of course I just added the sunglasses in the photo. But anyway I love that LV Damier Azur Neverfull bag! It’s so perfect for Spring/Summer! I love it with that beautiful LV Damier Azur stole as well as with that Conspiration Pilote Canvas sunglasses and that Marina Key Holder. Oh goodness. All these will definitely break the bank! Hahaha. But I must be tamed. It’s 2010 and I have to be wise with my spending habits. LOL! This year is all about our home. But anyway, it doesn’t hurt to dream…
Damier Azur Neverfull MM bag = $700
Damier Azur Stole = $715
Marina Key Holder = $395
Conspiration Pilote Canvas Sunglasses = $560
I can just imagine myself wearing/carrying all those at the same time, in that exact location. How divine! Hayz! In LVoe with LV again. I can’t help but love their bags whenever I visit their store or their site. The bag hag in me will never die. HAHAHA! Don’t you just love it?
Update: I forgot to mention that this bag is already sold out online. I had one in Ebene Neverfull and while I do love it, I had to exchange it just after a few days of purchasing it. I find the leather hard to maintain for the Damier Ebene bags. The brown leather is a bit on the glossy side as compared to the vachetta leather of the Mono and Damier Azur. I know you’re probably wondering how a dark brown leather would seem to be harder to maintain than a light one. The thing is, since it’s glossy and smooth, any wrinkles or scratches of some sort would easily be visible. The light vachetta leather has a bit of texture to it so wrinkles or minor scratches will not look as deformed. But anyway, enough shopping totes for me. I am for other bag shapes now. Hehe. I’m planning to go for a messenger bag next. Balenciaga will have to wait. Unless I win the lottery, I am not going to buy Balenciaga this year.

What’s Next?
On another note, I haven’t had the chance to take a photo of my recent find which I mentioned was a FIRST for me. Hopefully, I would have time tomorrow. Also, way back I have promised to do a lot of business attire posts for all you working ladies. So please bear with me. I will find time to do them. I am also going to start posting recipes (again) and home decor for all you ladies to enjoy.
Hermes in Manila, Philippines Update
I have been dying to share that the recently opened Hermes store in Manila, Philippines is such a success. My friend told me that they were selling like pancakes and that most of the bags were even sold out. Only the not so nice ones were left. My friend goes, “People here are making Hermes like the Gap.” Whoa! They say, and it’s true, that we are a 3rd world country, but how can you explain Hermes selling out in the Philippines that fast when it just opened a few days before Christmas??? But anyway, I heard that their prices are pretty competitive that’s why almost every nice bag is gone. So to my dear fellow bag hags in the Philippines, you will all have to wait until February when the new stocks will come in.
The Fash Pack, Filipino Bloggers and a Philippines Outlet Shopping Center
I have recently discovered (or rediscovered, I have this vague memory of seeing it before) FASH PACK. It’s another fashion blog from an ex-fashion editor, ex-beauty editor, ex-travel editor, ex-columnist, ex-designer, ex-merchandiser, ex-stylist, ex-tv host, and ex-model who lives in the Philippines. I miss my home and reading blogs from fellow citizens like Fash Pack, Chuvaness, The Bag Hag, Daphne Osena Paez, Lush Angel, Flair Candy, and Calvin’s Hub somehow fills the emptiness.
Anyway, while reading Fash Pack, I learned of a Philippines Outlet Shopping Center. I’m not so sure if I heard of this before (forgive the memory lapse, lol) but I was amazed that the Philippines have an outlet shopping area too. You can find outlet stores for Havaianas, Nike, Adidas, Levi’s, Speedo, Benetton, Gas, Sisley, and the newly opened Debenhams and Marks & Spencer outlet store. You can find it in Paseo De Santa Rosa (Laguna, I reckon).
