Like most outlets stores, Michael Kors were among those who offered great sales and promos after Christmas Day. Of course, we have already planned to go to the outlet stores after Christmas during our vacation in California. So while Hubby and I were there, I made sure to choose the outlet stores that are hard to find. We then went to Cabazon outlets, as mentioned in my previous posts – where the likes of Juicy Couture, Gucci, Ferragamo, Bottega Venetta, Dolce & Gabbana, Barneys New York, and Lacoste among so many others can be found. I didn’t even know that these stores have outlet versions! OMG! But anyway, I’m here to talk about my Michael Kors find. Nothing fancy. Just necessary!

For me, Uma Thurman is a very lovely lady and stylish at that. She’s looking better than ever for a woman nearing her 40s! Just take a look at these lovely photos from InStyle Magazine and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Too bad Ethan Hawke dumped her for their nanny. Now, she’s happily engaged to a super rich Swiss financier, Arpad Busson. But the good thing is, Ethan and Uma are in good terms now. Uma looks finally happy and fulfilled.

Back in the old days, there was a time when swim suits were just swim suits. One piece, plain, basic colors or black, and round neck are some of the adjectives to describe them. Then somehow designers became aware that women still need to be fashionable when going to the beach. After all, people spend more time lurking, hanging out, or enjoying themselves by the shore than in the water (right?). Thus, the multitude of fabulous prints and cuts were born. For a high-end look this spring, these uber-licious trench coats are your best bet. The only thing is, they’re double the price of the much cheaper spring trench coats from Target. At this very moment, I’m watching (on TV) the Oscars live at the Kodak Theater! So far, I’ve seen Jennifer Garner, Hilary Swank, Penelope Cruz, Ellen Page, Helen Mirren, Keri Russell, Jessica Alba, Cameron Diaz, Laura Linney, and George Clooney with his date. I’d say Jennifer Garner, Cameron Diaz, Laura Linney, and Jessica Alba all look great! I like Laura Linney – simple but elegant! Renee Zellweger looks stunning. I don’t like Penelope Cruz’ dress (take it back, it’s fab). But we’ll see, I have to check out the Red Carpet photos for the real deal…
