Two things I heart… sunglasses (never leave without ‘em) and… Louis Vuitton!!! oh… and of course I want to go to Milan someday too. I’ve only been to Rome which is about 5 hours south of Milan… hay…. I wish.

I have always been a fan of Louis Vuitton’s bags and other leather goods. I have also loved their Spring and Resort collections except for their orange voyages bag. I’ve forgotten what it’s called – probably because I don’t want to remember them. LOL. Okay, I’m being mean. But anyway, this new cosmic collection of bags, pouches, and other accessories is definitely something worth checking out at Louis Vuitton come April 2010.

Ever since I woke up, I have been checking out the sale items at Forever 21. I got an email of their sale (oh and yes, there are a ton of sales this weekend because of President’s Day Holiday) and have been adding pieces to my cart since then. Argh. I’m now agonizing on whether I’ll get them or not until I decided to make a post first.
I checked my photos folder to see if there’s something I haven’t shared with you and they appeared to be random photos from my iPhone. Then I saw this photo. I thought I had taken several shots at Marshalls but it appears I only got one decent shot there. Good thing I saw this because now I decided not to get the pieces from Forever 21 and just go to Marshalls this weekend. Marshalls is one of my favorite stores indeed. It’s got everything I need. Take for example this sexy Calvin Klein dress which is normally $128 but was being sold for $39.99 at Marshalls but was marked down to $19.99. There are a lot of trendy pieces available too. I found sequined tank tops and shirts that were selling for $7 bucks! Imagine that. And remember by uber cheap Givenchy tights? I tell you, Marshalls is heaven for me. I so regret not getting the Ralph Lauren: Lauren Label sweater/jacket that was oh so chic and only $20. Oh well. There’s always something to be found here.
I am very much looking forward to tomorrow or Sunday or holiday Monday, or whenever I can go when the road is clear from snow/ice. Aside from women’s, they also have men’s and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. You can find DKNY jackets there for less than $50; Michael Kors pants for $20 and tops for $10-15; Roxy swim wear and beach wear for less than $20; Nine West and Steve Madden shoes below $50 and so much more! And their HOME GOODS, a home store within the Marshalls store – is such a delightful place to go when you’re decorating your home. I will take photos next time to share with you all the goodies that can be found there. I can’t wait!

This one I am so excited to share with you. Actually, I already went to Louis Vuitton last weekend to check it out – the latest wallet and affordable at that, the Louis Vuitton Josephine wallet. I was quite hesitant at first… thinking that the buttons were colored. So I decided to go to my fave LV boutique to see what it’s really like in real life. It was not bad at all. In fact, the red was already sold out at the main LV boutique. However I saw the red one in another style, the Emilie wallet, which I will share with you soon. When I went to the LV store inside Neiman’s though, they have the Josephine wallet in red and well, it’s still available online.
What’s even interesting about the Louis Vuitton Josephine wallet is that the coin pouch is removable. You can just take it with you if you’re on the run or you’re carrying a clutch. It’s like a flat pencil case. I won’t be taking it out though because that compartment alone looks cheap. But so what, it really is cheap compared to the $600-700 wallets that Louis Vuitton has. But needless to say, I’m already loving this wallet. It’s not as pretty as the other expensive wallets from Louis Vuitton but what made me love it even more is the price. It’s the cheapest long wallet they have. What do you think? Should I get it? LOL. I know this is supposed to be a Valentines Day gift idea post but instead, I’m asking your opinion on the wallet. The Louis Vuitton Artsy bag which was reported to be released in March is actually available now!!! Who would have thought? We were all expecting it on March but I suddenly spotted it at Louis Vuitton’s website. OMG! This is the end of me. Hahaha! I would love to have one… and it would be a totally romantic gift for Valentines, right? (ahem, ahem) LOL! We don’t even have a formal dining yet and I’m already longing for a Louis Vuitton bag that is priced twice a Speedy or Neverfull! Darn. WAAAAAA! I’m going crazy!

I am currently lusting for this new bag yet to be released by Louis Vuitton, the Monogram Canvas Artsy bag! The one shown below is in the biggest size, GM, which will retail for about $1,770. I want to get the PM or MM of this bag. Hopefully it will be around $1,500 or less. I just fell in love with it. This is bad. LOL!
Look at those handles which seem to have been stitched with gold chain hardware. Ooooooh… definitely something new… not your usual chain hardware like Chanel and not your usual vachetta leather handles from Louis Vuitton. This is a hybrid and I want it! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Any sponsors out there? LOL!
Hubby and I visited Las Vegas last November and our friend who lives there reserved us a table at the newest location of Hard Rock Cafe along the Las Vegas Strip (just near the M&M’s candy store and across Monte Carlo and New York New York Hotel & Casino). Well anyway, after having dinner, we grabbed some coffee because it was painstakingly cold having to go around Vegas that night. And then we passed by the latest, most high-tech, and biggest hotel/casino in town – Aria! He told us a lot of great things about it. It was still closed when we were there. And in front of it was none other than… the latest headquarters of Louis Vuitton – Louis Vuitton CityCenter. Though it wasn’t opened at that time, there were already lights and it was a beauty to behold.
Now, it’s already open and I wonder what goodies are there… anyone reading this from Vegas wanna share? Watch this video from Louis Vuitton.
