The latest from Louis Vuitton is a… book! And yes I want to get it! Hehe. I was originally planning on getting the “Louis Vuitton: the Birth of Modern Luxury“, as a coffee table book for our living room. But then, Louis Vuitton released this new book – “Louis Vuitton: Art, Fashion, and Architecture“. Now I am torn. Which one to get? Any suggestions? Oh wait, let me rephrase the question, any sponsors? Hehehe.

I am writing this post after reading Nina Garcia’s 3rd book, “Style Strategy: A Less is More Approach to Staying Chic and Shopping Smart”. This post is actually a review of the book PLUS fashion and budget or shopping tips from moi, the Fashion Juice way. Now, I’m no fashion guru but I’d like to share with you how I try to keep my shopping expenses on a budget. So I’m going to mix in my tips as I share with you my point of view on the new Nina Garcia book, “The Style Strategy”.

Louis Vuitton Icons Book

I believe that this is truly a must-have for all ladies and gents who love and collect Louis Vuitton items. It features the iconic products of Louis Vuitton. I came across this book last time I was checking Kitson’s online. Though for such a small amount, I prefer not to buy it online to avoid shipping fees. Anyway, I have yet to see the book in person. I forgot to look for it when I was at Kitson’s at Americana Mall last December. I have yet to see the book in all the Louis Vuitton boutiques I’ve been too as well. But now, I’ve learned that you can get it at Saks Fifth Avenue! Yipee! So now I can go to the Saks here and check it out… but before I do, perhaps I’d check back at Louis Vuitton boutiques here once more just to make sure. There are also some books at Louis Vuitton’s online store but this particular one isn’t available there. So, if you’d like to grab a copy, check at Saks Fifth Avenue or at the nearest Louis Vuitton boutique near you.

EDIT: Apparently, they sold out even before I could post this entry! Oh goodness… there are a lot of Louis Vuitton lovers out there!

Confessions of a Shopaholic Movie Trailer

Oh my goodness. I know I’ve already scheduled my posts until I get back from vacation and I’ve done 1 post a day. However, I just really want to share this news with you my dear fashionistas! My favorite book series – the Shopaholic Series from Sophie Kinsella, has been made into a movie, starring Isla Fisher! OMG! I am so thrilled! I remember staying up for hours just to finish the book in two days or so… and then ended up buying each and every part of the Shopaholic series. It all started with “Can you keep a Secret?” another book from author Sophie Kinsella. Then, I got hooked. I then looked for her other titles and found the Confessions of a Shopaholic. Since then, I always checked at Powerbooks just to see if she’s releasing another installment of my Favorite Fashionista Book! Well of course, after having read them all and moving to a new home, I couldn’t bring them with me. So, I left it with my dear Fashionista friend Lush Angel. OMG Lush! We should see this movie!!!
