Yes, you’ve seen this look a few posts back but I didn’t get around to telling the story… about the rugged jeans and the boyish and relaxed look, etc. Well, it was a Saturday afternoon on the way to Hyatt…

Since it was a lazy afternoon and knowing that we’ll be spending the rest of it by the pool, watching TV, and drinking alcohol (haha), I wanted to dress up relaxed and a bit boyish as it seems. I decided to break in my Fashion’s Night Out tee and an old pair of jeans that my Sis-In-Law in MD handed down to me (thank you).

I just tried some DIY denim-distressing on my own even if I didn’t really watch/listen to any of the “How To Distress Your Jeans” video. It was a failure but I kinda liked how it looked. I used sandpaper at first but seeing that it will take me hours, I just cut, ripped, and used a metal nail pusher to pull out those threads and voila… hahaha!

We then headed to a nearby grocery, Super Target, to get some drinks. On the way, I took shots of the sunset which quickly turned into a huge full moon when we arrived at the grocery. I should have used the other camera but the small point and shoot was handy.

On the way back I was riding the shopping cart… haha! Here I wore my T-shirt with the faux leather vest. Hubby thinks I look like a rocker. Well, I actually do… haha!
