White and black are my fave colors (okay fine, they are not actually colors but shades). But anyhoo, I just love everything white and black because they make anything look simple, classy, and elegant. So for me, white and black are always in.

But when we’re talking about spring and summer seasons, white is THE STAPLE! Yeah, the warmer months of the year is when to take out the bright colors… but what do you pair it with? For me, it’s simply WHITE! It’s like the rice to Filipino meals and the bread to American tables. It’s like the sake to Japanese dinners, kimchi to Korean dishes, or wine to French and Italians… okay, got carried away. I just love white – it’s got that je ne sais quoi that just makes everyone look so neat! See, I’m talking French now! Haha. But anyway, I really love white. In fact, in my closet, the most tops you will see are white. I’ve got more than 5 white tees of the same style/cut and definitely more than 10 white tops. But of course, I had to get white denims too. I had white flare jeans previously but I know I needed white skinny denims. Thankfully, I got mine several months ahead prior to the summer because I know they’ll come in very handy this season!
