Formula 1 Updates and Malaysian Grand Prix

The second round of FIA Formula 1 Grand Prix is this weekend at Sepang, Malaysia. So to my dear friends and readers near the South East Asian region, this is your chance to watch Formula 1 Grand Prix live!  We remember Kimi Raikkonen of Ferrari winning the race last year, 2008. But can he do it again this 2009? We are hoping for and thinking that Team Brawn GP’s Jenson Button will win… but it seems that it’s going to be a difficult race - full of drama. Heavy rain was experienced at the circuit this Thursday and we expect mixed weathers this coming weekend. It’s going to be a hot and very humid weather until the start of the race, where they expect frequent scattered thunderstorms. Uh-oh! Now more updates will shock you…

Formula 1 Race 1Australia Formula 1 Updates and Malaysian Grand Prix

I am so happy to announce that Jarno Trulli of Toyota got back his third place in the podium in the first round of Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix. Why? Jarno Trulli finished third in the race. However, when the safety car was out, it seems that the stewards saw Trulli overtaking Hamilton. Remember, in Formula 1, when the safety car is out, no one can overtake. Due to this, Trulli was penalized +25 seconds. He ended up losing points for the 1st round of the 2009 Formula 1. Toyota didn’t want to pursue any appeal. Although according to Trulli, Lewis Hamilton slowed to the point that all he can do was to pass. The FIA Formula 1 stewards re-investigated the matter and found that Hamilton and his team, McLaren, have provided misleading evidence the first time they investigated about the incident. It turns out, Jarno Trulli regains his third place in the podium and Lewis Hamilton and the team were disqualified from the 2009 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.
