The long wait is over! Alexander McQueen is now available at a Target near you! Let me show you the Alexander McQueen pieces being sold at my favorite Target!

The picture above has the one I like – the Alexander McQueen shirt. I know it’s just a shirt but it’s so Haute! The black color, the face of the girl, and the necklace design are just so edgy and high fashion. Add to that skinny jeans (perhaps white skinny jeans) plus punk shooties and some gorgeous Chanel red rock flap = Rock Goddess!

I love all the pieces in this batch of clothing above. They all scream Alexander McQueen! I particularly love the cropped leather vest selling for $129.99! If you don’t already know who Alexander McQueen – I consider him the Madonna of fashion. Here’s a brief intro about him.

The president of LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), Bernard Arnault caused a stir when he instated McQueen as head designer at Givenchy in 1996, succeeding John Galliano. Some of Alexander McQueen’s accomplishments include being one of the youngest designers to achieve the title “British Designer of the Year”, which he won three times between 1996 and 2003. He has also been awarded the CBE, as well as being named International Designer of the Year at the Council of Fashion Designer Awards. December 2000 saw a new partnership for McQueen with Gucci Group acquiring 51% of the company, and McQueen serving as Creative Director. In 2005, McQueen collaborated with Puma to create a special line of trainers for the shoe brand. McQueen also became the first designer to participate in MAC’s newest promotion: cosmetic releases created by fashion designers. The collection, McQueen, was released on 11 October 2007 and reflects the looks used on the Fall/Winter McQueen runway.
