The “Dopest” restaurant in Las Vegas… oops pardon the language, but Simon Restaurant at Palms Place in Las Vegas is one of the coolest place to have brunch! Seriously! Eating brunch (after a hangover) at such a wonderful place will certainly bring you back to life and perhaps send energy through your veins… and then more.

For quite some time, I have been itching to buy Hunter boots. I have actually featured Hunter Boots here in my website for more than three times. One of which you can find here. There were several times that I wanted and was tempted to buy but I had to hold on until I try them first. After all, these are wellies… wellington or rubber boots have a reputation of running big in terms of size.

The 2009 Formula 1 Australian GP was a h&*l of a race! We were all waiting for someone to push the KERS button for that extra 80HP boost. We saw (and heard the engine) Lewis Hamilton used it to overtake. It was definitely exciting. I’m quite sad for the two Ferrari drivers though that they weren’t even able to finish the race. My heart goes to Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikkonen. Ferrari team, please fix those reliability issues.

I know this summary of the 2009 Formula 1 Australian Friday Practice and Saturday Qualifying sessions are a bit late… but as they say, better late than never. Qualifying sessions are very important because it pays to be on the front row when the actual race starts. 
It gives the drivers edge when the lights turn green!

This is a delayed post. Just wanted to share Hubby’s advance 3rd Wedding Anniversary gift… a black Philip Stein large diamond watch. This was truly a great find at Gilt Groupe because we only got it for the price of those without the diamond markers (around $600++). The original price of a Philip Stein Large Diamond watch (diamond markers) is above $1200++. So when I saw this on sale, I immediately asked Hubby if it was okay to get this. Haha. I was quite hesitant but he instantly agreed knowing the price difference. Hello??? It was like 50%! So anyway, here is the Philip Stein Large Diamond watch which is now out of stock at both Gilt Groupe and Philip Stein’s website.

So as I was going over the websites I regularly browse, I came across this gorgeous Chanel advert. It featured matching tweed jacket and dress, their famous two-tone tights, patent-leather and PVC heels, and of course this Chanel Costume Jewelry of metal and enamel necklace. But what struck me even more is the price of this costume jewelry. How much? It retails for $27,000 – for a necklace… not even gold… not even platinum… not even silver… it’s just metal and enamel. Yes, it costs $27,000. I could just imagine how many bags I could buy with that price. Hehe Even if this is one of my favorite brands, I think Chanel is asking for too much.

As promised in my previous post, I am here to share with you the new stuff going on in the 2009 Formula One GP. I have been a Formula One fanatic for quite some time and I have always been loyal to watching all the races live… no matter what time it is. I just couldn’t miss a leg of the Formula One season. I’d rather watch it live than the recorded one. I’m always anxious to know who won… and that’s also because I have a lot of crushes in Formula 1 whom I cheer on.
