Lost TV Series Features Philippines

I’m watching one of my favorite TV series at this very moment – ABC Network’s LOST! And I was surprised when suddenly, someone talked in Tagalog (Filipino) language. What? Am I watching Lost? And then all of a sudden the setting was like a market in the Philippines… like in one of the provinces or something. And then, suddenly Desmond comes running looking for an “Efren Salongga”, a doctor. So that’s why… Desmond and Penny Whitmore are having a baby… in the Philippines! They run to Desmond and Penny’s yacht where they passed by a Philippine Flag and a big sign that say’s “Mabuhay!” Watch the latest episode of Lost now or as soon as you can! 
As for me, I’m going back to watching… Ciao

i should catch up on lost. hindi pa ako nag-start sa season 3 and i wanna know how they got to the Philippines in the first place.

I just saw the episode! Really cool and I was also surprised.
I wonder why they chose our country? I mean it could have been any other asian country. Could it have something to do with the storyline?
