Forever 21 Plaid Shirt

It has been a while since I last posted something for my “Play Dress Up” category. So today, I gladly bring to you another one of those posts… haha… too bad for you (or maybe something to entertain?). Well, it’s me of course, playing dress up once more… this is one of my recent finds at Forever 21, my red plaid shirt! It reminds me so much of Lindsay Lohan’s. She is one of the celebs who love to wear plaid shirts on those normal hang out days… Of course, it’s not exactly the same… and my version is more “girly”…
ON LINDSAY LOHAN: As you can see, Lindsay Lohan’s version is your usual plaid long sleeves and the squares on hers is bigger than on mine. She paired it with black leggings (probably from her own 6126 leggings line) and her favorite (I’ve seen here wear this several times) short black boots. To top off the look, she finishes with some Rayban’s, couple of bracelets, white gold/silver necklace, and a black Chanel Portobello handbag with silver hardware (which I am also beginning to love).
ON FASHION JUICE: Obviously, my Forever 21 is a dressier version with a tie at the waist. My plaid shirt is also longer and wider towards the bottom end – just like a dress! I should have taken a photo without the bag to show the shape of my plaid dress shirt. Also, I’m pretty sure mine is cheaper at about $19 from Forever 21. Anyway, I also love pairing it with black leggings just like Lindsay did with hers. I got mine from again, Forever 21, $6.50. Instead of using short boots, I used my tall patent Franco Sarto boots ($49/59) instead. To top off the look, I also used my Chanel bag, but the Medallion with gold hardware, black Technomarine watch, silver and gold bangles/bracelets from Juicy Couture, and Chanel bracelet, necklace, and earrings set.
Again, a couple of modeling pics of my Forever 21 plaid shirt… haha
xoxo

[...] help myself but get them. Haha. This green and black plaid shirt is more expensive than my previous red plaid shirt dress from Forever 21 (also), even though it has shorter sleeves. I can’t remember the exact price since I bought this one [...]
