On my latest trip to Las Vegas, all I could do was window-shop at Chanel. Drool… drool… drool… ahhhhhhh… well it’s enough to feed my hungry eyes at the moment. After all, I’ve had a lot of bag purchases last year. 
I’ve asked about the bags that I like… such as the camera case bag which was lovely until I confirmed that the price was well above $3000! Hahaha…
So anyway, when I was doing some window shopping at Venetian and Bellagio, I’ve had my first look of the Cruise ‘09 Chanel handbags in person… some looked better IRL (in real life) while some were just too plain for my taste. Anyway, here are the rest of the photos we took. Pardon the hideous outfit I’m wearing because I was not at all ready for their unusual cold weather. I just had to layer whatever I packed. Haha… and had to wear the bulky boots too which didn’t really matched the wide leg pants… oh, and was supposed to wear skinny jeans but as some know, jeans or denims will only make you feel colder during the winter. You are better of with slacks or cords during the winter season as it will keep you warmer. So going back, here are a few of the bags we took photos of… those in display are mostly from the Cruise 2009 collection of Chanel.
Pardon the hideous layers of outfit… but hey, at least I was carrying my Chanel Medallion! haha

Hi Sharon, the petite shopping tote (PST) in caviar was $1250 then it went up to $1400 (around that range). But there was a rumor that the prices were going up to $1650 in the US. I’m not sure if it really went up to $1650. But it’s actually cheaper if you get it in Europe. It’s about 920 Euros so that’s about $1300 in USD. In Macau and Hong Kong it’s about $1598++. Hope this helps

I didnt know if you had time to reply so i called in the closest chanel store and the price is now $1650 CND! They dont have the pst anymore, only the gst is available.. The pst is around 2250 or 2550 forgot~ I asked them to order a pst for me but they said they cant do that.. Do you think it’s true? Have you ordered something from Chanel?

Hi Sharon! What? they can’t do that? that’s weird. They should be accommodating you. Maybe they are trying to persuade you to buy a GST ‘coz it’s more expensive and maybe because they want to get rid of their existing stock? If they are out of stock I assume they will reorder in the not so far future if not soon. The PST is a classic style and so it’s weird for them to say that. Were they just out of stock or do they mean the PST will be phased out? I will have to ask my local Chanel store and let you know.
