I love pets, particularly dogs. I have a big chow back in the Philippines (whom I’m planning to send here soon, hehe, if mom wouldn’t miss him too much). But anyway, I love buying my chow shirts from time to time. Sometimes, I even make wooden beads for him to wear around his neck. He is such a hunk. Haha. I miss him! But anyway, if you love pets too and you like to dress them up from time to time, especially during the winter season, then maybe you’d like to join this contest from Pet Sugar. That is how powerful the First Lady is. Imagine, one of the things that people were looking forward to on the day of the inauguration was the dress that the First Lady Michelle Obama will be wearing. And true enough, Michelle Obama’s fashion choice has made a designer famous in an instant! As soon as she got out of the Presidential Limo, photos were taken and questions were asked: who designed the dress? As mentioned in my previous post, it was Isabel Toledo. And what has this big historical event done to her career? Instant Fame! The proof shown below.

I just wanna say how lovely First Lady Michelle Obama’s gown is. No, make that, the First Lady Michelle Obama was stunning and goddess-like at the Inauguration Ball, especially with her fabulous gown designed by Jason Wu. It’s funny how in one night, Jason Wu became one of the most popular designers of today. This upcoming designer from New York, who by the way interned at Narciso Rodriguez, may be known to the inner circle of the fashion world but outside, people wouldn’t even know the designer exist… until the night of the Inauguration Ball.

Chanel Bag Window Shopping

On my latest trip to Las Vegas, all I could do was window-shop at Chanel. Drool… drool… drool… ahhhhhhh… well it’s enough to feed my hungry eyes at the moment. After all, I’ve had a lot of bag purchases last year. I’ve asked about the bags that I like… such as the camera case bag which was lovely until I confirmed that the price was well above $3000! Hahaha…
