Thanks to my friend Thea, I finally have a piece of luxury streetwear – Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier! Fergie is among those who love Christian Audigier designs… but of course there are a lot other celebs who love the brand as well. I have been itching to buy one for hubby, but instead, I got one for myself. Hehe.

As the inauguration of Barack Obama approaches (Jan. 20 by the way), President Bush and his family’s departure at the White House is also drawing near. So where will they be moving? They are going back to Texas and they will be living near us… Welcome home President Sir… and now we’re going to be neighbors! Errr, not really neighbors as in next door neighbors but you know what I mean. President Bush has purchased an 8,500-square-foot home that is valued at $2.1M in today’s market. It’s in the well-known neighborhood of Preston Hollow in Dallas. It’s a popular community that features wonderful Christmas lights each year. One of his neighbors include Tom Hicks, owner of Dallas Stars (top hockey team) and Texas Rangers (another great baseball team), who has an estimated wealth of $1.3 Billion USD.
