Top 5 TV Shows loved by Fashionistas for 2008
Posted on December 31st, 2008 by Fashion Juice (Admin) | 4 Comments »
I know this is a pretty long title, but you’ll understand why I have to name it the top 5 TV shows loved by fashionistas. Well, first, they are not just any TV show or TV series. Of course they have to be interesting for Fashion lovers like me. So if I got your attention, click on to find out my Top 5 Fashionista-loved TV shows for 2008.

#5 Rachel Zoe Project & America’s Next Top Model
The Rachel Zoe Project is all about styling celebrities – need I say more? And America’s Next Top Model is all about modelling. Styling and modelling – two essential parts of Fashion. I rest my case.
#4 Stylista
Assisting Fashion Editors, hosting Fashion events, designing Fashion pages for a Fashion magazine, creating Fashion themes for parties and many other things… this show is all about fashion. So when Fashion is the topic, the Fashionista is listening (or watching, I mean).
#3 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Well, of course this is an annual event that Fashionistas would love to see… even fake fashionistas (by this, I’m talking about the word spelled G-U-Y-S) love to go/watch with their ladies just to take a glimpse at all the Victoria’s Secret Angels walking down the runway in… what else but Victoria’s Secret lingerie.
#2 Project Runway
Do I even have to explain? If you love dresses, then you’ll want to see how they’re done and what new structures are about to surface, thanks to the budding designers/contestants of Project Runway! Of course, it’s also entertaining to see Heidi Klum’s outfits.
#1 Gossip Girl
Well, this is not a fashion show of some sort. This is a TV series about Manhattan’s elite and many more. Nevertheless, it’s always fun to see all the hottest outfits and trends that the stars of Gossip Girl are wearing. If you are looking for the hottest trends that can be worn in real life, this is the show to watch. Examples are Mulberry and Chanel hand bags Serena and Blair are carrying, or the Hermes bags Lily carries around. There are also the gorgeous Marc Jacobs outfits worn by Blair. The Ralph Lauren piped blazers were worn by Serena. Of course, where else did the people of the world acquire the love of “flower-y”, “ribbon-y”, and “bow-y” headbands but from Blair Waldorf herself! And last but not the least, the Argyle sweaters and vests from the handsome Chuck Bass!

Aside from the itchy storyline of Gossip Girl, I mainly watch because of the funky GG Fashion!

Haha… of course! Even if it’s not really a TV series about fashion, it has fashion written all over it! But of course, the storyline itself is what I love the most and syempre I love “Blair and Chuck”
