Hehe… I know the title is a bit funny but the reason why I had to include the “ala Fashion Juice” is because this is not your typical Asian Salad.
I didn’t want to complicate my Asian Salad that much. However, for the past few days, I have been craving for Asian Salad. So the other day, I made some with just the simplest ingredients that we have in our kitchen. Also, I’ve omitted the Grilled Chicken Strips since I was a bit lazy that time to make some. Hehe. Anyway, here’s how to make the Asian Salad ala Fashion Juice.
Super easy!
What you need
- Green Vegetables, I used Romaigne Hearts
- Chow Mein noodles, comes already cooked crunchy in can and should specify that it’s used for salads
- Mandarin Oranges, about 1 cup or depending on your preference
- Almonds, handful of sliced almonds
- Grilled Chicken Strips, optional
- Croutons, optional
- Asian Dressing, found in grocery
Presentation
- Simply wash, dry, and cut your green veggies such as the Romaigne lettuce and place them on your serving dish.
- Top it off with the noodles, just enough for your preference.
- Sprinkle with almonds, grilled chicken strips, mandarin oranges, and croutons.
- Lastly, drizzle with your Asian Dressing.
- Now, you’re ready to enjoy your Asian Salad ala Fashion Juice!
xoxo
