Congratulations to Chris Brown for winning the most prestigious award, Artist of the Year, for the 2008 American Music Awards. I’m watching the AMA’s right now and he already won 3 awards previously. He was actually speechless saying that he would have given it to Coldplay. 
He’s pretty humble… I mean I knew right away he’d get the award. As for the performances of the night… I love Sarah Mclachlan’s duet with Pink, singing Angel. I also loved Rihanna’s performance but it lacked the hype I was looking for. Anyhow, just check out the news for the complete list of winners.
