Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM in Damier
Posted on November 12th, 2008 by Fashion Juice (Admin) | 19 Comments »
Since 2006, there have been many rumors about a Louis Vuitton Neverfull coming out in Damier. Imagine the same Louis Vuitton Neverfull that was previously only in Monogram Canvas, will be made with the Damier Canvas Ebony material? The same price, the same sizes of PM (petit), MM (medium), and GM (grand)! It was a buzz! People have waited… Louis Vuitton collectors and lovers waited… until finally, this 2008… the Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Damier Ebony – the brown one (Damier Azur is the white and blue) was finally released. In the US however, it’s not out until November 15, 2008… but, there is a but. A week before November 15, the bag is already being sold online. Is this not a frustration for those people who have asked their names to be on the very long “wait list” in stores? Yes, it could be. And thankfully, I stopped myself from getting on the list…
Just like the Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Monogram Canvas, the Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Damier Ebony was released in 3 sizes. The smallest being the Neverfull PM, sells for $650 in the US and the size is 11.2″ x 8.6″ x 5.1″. The medium one which I like is the Neverfull MM. It’s $700 and the size is 12.6″ x 11.4″ x 6.5″. Lastly, the biggest one which is kinda weird being so big and having a thin strap, is the Neverfull GM. It sells for $750 and the size is 15.5″ x 12.8″ x 7.9″.
The Louis Vuitton Neverfull in Damier features a Damier Canvas, Microfiber lining, natural cowhide corners and trimmings, golden brass hardware, hook closure, zippered inside pocket with a D-ring for key holders or pouches, side straps for changing capacity of the bag, natural cowhide straps, and an inside patch with the Louis Vuitton signature echoing the very first travel items of the House. It is worn carried on the shoulder.
So earlier this afternoon, was goofing around…

Hi Cess! Thanks, I actually returned it because the strap couldn’t hold that much stuff. I exchanged it for a speedy 30 in damier instead.
Hi Poetry! I bought it online – I’m here in the US. Though I had it exchanged in the store. They have a store in Hong Kong and the Philippines – those countries are near you so maybe if you go on vacation there you can check it out.

Hi Maria,
This is a blog. I am not selling anything here. I’m just featuring either the bags/items I own or the bags and items that I love. I am just sharing information on fashionable items that I feel would interest my readers.
Thanks,

Hi Anika,
It’s okay naman. Did you get the Damier material or the Monogram? Coz if you check the Damier dark brown leather, it’s smoother than the calf leather found in Monogram bags. That’s why it easily wrinkles. That’s my only problem with the Neverfull style. Coz when you go shopping and you’re looking at something or holding some stuff, you tend to move the bag from your side towards the back (hope i’m explaining it well). So in effect, the strap gets a bit twisted and so nagka-wrinkle yung strap ko kagad. That’s why I chose to exchange it with something else na lng. But you know what, that’s really a lovely bag. Congrats on your purchase. I am actually thinking of getting it again pero if I get it, I’ll make sure to be super careful with it. But another alternative shopping tote I’m considering is the Damier Saleya in MM size. It’s like a Neverfull when fully expanded and it has a zipper top.

Hello there again!
It’s Damier material, thanks for your info, it helps me a lot!! You’re truly great!
but I decided to exchange it the other day with Monogram Vernis Bellevue PM Amarante, it’s so cute but very sensitive, madali ma-scratch… I want to share to you my very bad experience in Doha LV store, I am here in Qatar… We had a worse service there and had never been treated good, all the sales person are rude and arrogant, maybe because we’re not Qataris or blonds, they think we can’t afford buying their stuff and think that we don’t have money to spend hehehe! I didn’t know their nationality, but I think their all from the Middle Eastern country also. They’re not making pansin nung pumasok kami, hindi rin nag-smile kahit na namili ako, pero sa mga Qataris they were all nice and very accommodating… ok lng..cguro sa next time na mamili ulit ako, iba na treatment nila, pero I am wrong pala hehe! Ganon parin sila at ang nakakainis pa, hindi ako binigyan ng box para sa bag, wala daw sila available at bumalik nlng daw ako, I asked when is the box becomes available, and said he didn’t know…when I come back in the store then he will give me the said box…ang gulo…until now hindi ko pa nakukuha because of my dismay…at diko alam kung meron na….I felt some discrimination, I’ve been treated unfairly! After experiencing the service like that, then I will not recommend that store in my friends and my fellow Filipinos here.
Cguro extra care nlng kc ayaw ko na papalitan ulit. Actually, it’s my 2nd LV bag, my first is monogram canvas Montorgueil PM bought last May 1, 2009, a Mother’s Day gift from hubby
Very poor customer service!!
Once again, many thanks to you..God Bless!

Hi Anika,
Anyway, just take care of your Neverfull.
Thanks for visiting my site and I hope you continue to do so.
Yup, just be very careful. I never thought the straps would easily wrinkle. I was just careful with the bag itself – you know, not to get wet or scratched. So I wasn’t particular with the strap until it happened. Good thing the staff at LV boutique in Galleria Dallas didn’t even question me. They happily took the bag and let me choose what I want to replace it with. They were so friendly and the bag was beautifully wrapped in its box. It even has the ribbons and the hardware were all boxed. The box that came with it was even the right size coz sometimes, in other boutiques, they’ll give you a box that’s not really for that style. But your experience in Doha is unacceptable. Grabe sila ha. Parang discrimination nga. They are so mean and the box? That’s weird. They should have a box. Each bag has a box. That is really unfair. And they don’t know when it will be available tapos they want you to go back na lng to know if meron na? If there’s really none, they should at least give you a box even for a different style and then ask your number so that THEY CAN CALL you if it becomes available. Dapat they should be reported.

Hi Emma,
But if you’re very careful with your bags I don’t think there would be any problem
