Today is my mom’s birthday… where Fashion Juice inherited the love of fashion. Back when I was little, and she was still in her 40s up until 50s or so, I would always see her buying the latest trends. She loved purple and animal prints so much but at that time I was deadpan. However, once she’s out of her room, I’d try her shoes, bags, dresses, and even makeup! Haha! Also, she always bought matching shoes, bags, and clothing. So you’ll understand why I have to buy new shoes whenever I have a new bag or vice versa. Now you know where I got my sense of style.
It’s really sad that I’m not home to celebrate with her. In fact, this is the first time I’ll be missing her birthday. Last year, I went home during her bday, but I did miss my Dad’s. No international travels for Fashion Juice this year though. So hopefully next year, I get to go home. I’m hoping that next time it will be during my Dad’s bday so atleast they’re even. LOL. So anyway, just want to greet the best mom in the world, a happy birthday. Thanks for loving and taking care of me… and of course for being patient with me. So for that, I’m giving her something special… This doesn’t even match up to how much I treasure and love her. In fact, nothing will even equal that… “For the best mom, my bestfriend, my significant other who knows everything about me… and even if I get impatient and mad when teaching her to use the laptop (LOL), she still understands me and she knows I just get carried away. And that it doesn’t even matter coz she knows I love her soooo much coz I tell her that everyday! Love you Ma!” Now that’s enough mushy stuff for the day.
