Fashion Juice got back from the Dentist today and I was wearing this.

At last I was able to wear the Forever 21 scarf I bought about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been meaning to wear it but for the past few weeks, the weather didn’t allow me to. Finally, cold season is here in Texas. The weather is quite weird here though, because it starts to get cold about 6 pm up until around mid afternoon the next day. Then about 3 or 4 pm, it get’s really hot again. The temp at night can reach mid 50s Fahrenheit, while the hot temp in the mid afternoon can reach high 80s F. Anyway, let’s get back to the dental check-up…

During the check-up, the Dentist said I had pretty good teeth. No fillings needed, so I’m just gonna have a regular dental cleaning two weeks from now. Yay! The bummer is, cleaning here in the US costs about $300! Good thing I have my DMO, so my co-pay is $30. Whew. But whatever! Back in Manila, regular cleaning is free each year with my Medicard. Plus we get free filling for 2 teeth each year. FREE! As in no co-pay. Oh well, let’s get back to my outfit.

My dentist loved my scarf. In fact, she even asked me how I wore it because she only knows to wrap it around. So just like how I told her, let me show you how.

1. Fold the scarf in half.
2. Hold the scarf straight behind your neck and let the ends fall down in each of your shoulder.
3. One end has a loop and the other has two ends, right? So simply insert the two ends inside the loop as you do this infront of you.
4. Pull up the loop to your neck while pulling down the two ends. (Just like you’re committing suicide. But don’t! LOL!)
5. You’re done! Simple isn’t it? I wanted to add a clear photo of the scarf to do some justice to it. The sunlight was too bright in this photo while in my previous post, there wasn’t much lighting. However, it’s already out of stock at Forever 21. Probably next time when I use it again. But the red and blue colors are soooo rich and they’re so light and smooth like Pashminas!
