Louis Vuitton Price Increase

I forgot to update you guys, but Louis Vuitton had another price increase. It’s the second price increase this year! Can you believe it? In just four months, LV USA has increased their prices twice! What is happening to the world? And what better time to buy my Damier Azur Hampstead than on the very first day the price increase took in effect… Ouch! Well this is the Dollar Life affecting us… What to do? What to do? So bummed…

Nevertheless, I am thrilled with my bag. I love it. The then $965 bag is now $995… I’ll post more pics of my bag in the future…

Technomarine + Bags = Technomags?

HELP!!! One of the Fashion Juice readers have seeked help in finding Technomarine bags. She has informed me that during her vacation in Venezuela, she saw some lovely handbags from the Technomarine brand. The question is, was it for real?

We can’t really tell because even Technomarine’s website is only showing watches. For many years, I know Technomarine as a watch brand and nothing more. Now if you know anything about Technomarine bags, please share it with us here so we’ll be able to help Kristin and the other readers as well. Can anyone from Venezuela please validate this? We’ll appreciate any bit of help.

To tote or not to tote?

This new satchel from Marc by Marc Jacobs has given me second thought on getting the Tory Burch jane tote. Shall I go with Tory Burch? Or shall I go with the Marc Jacobs? Ugh… It’s a tough one… we’re considering all factors here. The color, the size, the price, the functionality, the bag’s life, and which is more seasonless? If you were me, which should it be?

Aside from bag confusions, I’m happy that I was able to complete my 2 new projects right on time. Now, I have umm… still a lot on my hands. Good thing I’m still waiting for materials from my clients so I have some time to spare for Fashion Juice and the readers. Why shouldn’t I have any time… when I should actually be making some spectacular post for today because Fashion Juice has reached its 10,000th view! This post marks the 10,000th view for this newbie site. Thus, I have to thank the Fashion Juice readers for continuously supporting me. What will I do without you? More plans are to be done to this blog in the future. But of course, I can’t really tell when it will all happen so just you watch out!

Anyway, it’s me and hubby’s anniversary… not the wedding anniversary though. I know we just celebrated our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Hehe. It’s our anniversary when we were still dating. Six years have passed and we have survived. We were able to overcome all the obstacles that have blocked our way. I am so happy. I have never been this sure, this happy, and in love about a person, and that person is my husband Andrew. I love him so much! So enough of the cheezy stuff. I will try to make one more post just before we leave for our anniversary dinner.

Of Tory Burch, High-maintenance Bags, and Busy Days

 I am loving almost each and every Tory Burch spring totes… Just look at this new Dipped Tote that is perfect for the season! The canvas of natural and gold colors makes you look like a Goddess walking in the beach… Oh I love Tory Burch! This is one sells for $285. Ugh! Now I’m wondering whether I should get this or just the Tory Burch Jane Tote which is more functional and cheaper at $175. Well, the saver in me says its more practical to get the Jane Tote because aside from the fact that I have to refrain from too much expenses, it’s easier to maintain. I’ll explain why below.

Vanity Fair Photos of Miley Cyrus

Apparently, Vanity Fair is featuring Miley Cyrus and her father Billy Ray, in their magazine. However, Miley Cyrus’s reps announced that the celebrity teen is embarassed of the photos taken by celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz. Below is the half naked picture that caused a stir in Hollywood. Perhaps you’d like to read her interview and view the other photos as well. During the interview/photo shoot: 

Bruce Handy of Vanity Fair: Um, was Cyrus—or Disney—at all anxious about this shot?

Miley Cyrus: “No, I mean I had a big blanket on. And I thought, This looks pretty, and really natural. I think it’s really artsy.”

 After the interview/photos were released:

I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed,” Cyrus said Sunday in a statement through her publicist. “I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.”

 

* Personally, I loved the photos… It showed her real beauty. The problem is, she’s only 15 and has been a role model for kids ever since her popularity. It would have been better if she had waited a few more years so she can avoid the raising eyebrows. *

I know I just said I was logging off awhile ago… but let me just make this quick. FHM Online’s 100 sexiest women in the world LIST is topped by the gorgeous Megan Fox. Jessica Biel comes in 2nd, while Jessica Alba takes the third spot. Also in the list are Kate Beckinsale, Keira Knightley, Hilary Duff, Scarlett Johansson, Elisha Cuthbert, Angelina Jolie, Rachel Bilson, Jennifer Aniston, Gisele Bundchen, Hayden Panettiere, and the last on the list… Britney Spears (???).
